About the VPNBasic Service

For everyday cross-border access, start by choosing a region and route, then configure your devices.

Subscription service overview

VPNBasic offers a network acceleration subscription for users who need access to international websites, AI tools, and streaming. The service covers 100+ countries and 190+ routes, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and allows unlimited devices to be connected at once. When choosing a plan, consider your destination, typical data usage, and client compatibility rather than comparing route counts alone. Access to a platform may also depend on its regional policies and account requirements.

Route selection and troubleshooting

Choose routes based on how you plan to use the service. First, confirm that your local network is working, then test routes for the destination region. If you encounter congestion or a dropped connection, keep the device and app unchanged while testing another route to avoid changing multiple settings at once. For details on protocols and route types, see Routes and Protocols.

For help, open a support ticket in the user panel and include the platform, client, selected route, and error details. Do not include your password or full subscription URL. Fees and data rules are listed on the Pricing page. A 7-day money-back guarantee is available; see the Terms of Service for eligibility and details.

Privacy and data collection

VPNBasic follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. We minimize data collection, limiting it to what is needed for accounts, orders, and support. A no-logs policy does not mean the websites you visit keep no records, so protect your account credentials and subscription details. For information about how data is used and your rights, see the Privacy Policy.
